Ordering, prices and delivery
How buying from us works, what the prices mean, and where the minimum order sits.
Prices
Prices on this site are trade prices, ex VAT. Where a part shows a price, that's what it costs — no counter, no dealer margin stacked on top. A few parts still show Price on quote while we finish benchmarking them; send those over and you'll have a number the same day.
Minimum order: £100
Our minimum order is £100 ex VAT. Below that we add a £25 small-order charge. Picking, packing and posting a single washer costs more than the washer earns, and we'd rather charge for it openly than pad every price on the site to hide it. Most people clear the minimum easily by adding the rest of the season's wear parts to the same basket — one order, one carriage, one invoice.
How an order runs
Build your basket
Add what the refurb needs and set the quantities. Search by our reference, the JD cross-reference, or just describe the part.
Send it for a quote
Your basket comes to us with your contact details, machine and postcode. We don't take payment online — carriage, quantities and fitment all move per order, so you get a firm quote from a person instead of a checkout guess.
Quote back, usually same day
Prices confirmed, carriage added, lead time stated. If a part isn't right for your opener series, we say so before you spend anything.
Confirm and it ships
Say yes and the parts come to your yard. Delivery is charged at cost on the quote.
